Analysing Digital
User Journeys
The aim of this project is to analyse data on how the users are currently using the website so that The Mix can improve user journeys for people to get faster to what they are looking for or might find useful.

Objective Measurements
We will be undertaking an exploratory analysis of the client’s data against an objective of cost optimisation. In addition to this, we will be developing a qualitative and quantitative model to assess the client’s social impact.

Social Impact Measurement
(1) This project aims to execute descriptive analysis on Future Skill Training’s existing dataset to quantify and evaluate the impact of each project cycle of the Learn2Live programme
(2) This project aims to conduct scaled sentiment analysis on Future Skill Training’s unstructured data from the Lean On Me mentoring programme using NLP.
